CONTRO Ltd. offers software focused on the automation of various business processes in the organization. The company has finalized the development of the first two (out of seven planned) modules:
1. Expenses management & control
The main principle on which the functionality of the module is based is that any expense in the organization must be pre-approved. The module provides for prior electronic approval at the appropriate authorization level for all expenses. Actual expenses could be compared to pre-approved expenses. Any adverse differences are flagged.
The module allows for a comparison at cost center level among budgeted, approved and actual expenses.
2."Control and management of contracts" / “Contract management & control”
The module allows for prior electronic approval of key parameters in any sales/purchase contract. Every associate participating in the approval process could provide comments and ask for a change of key parameters of the contract electronically.
The system also allows monitoring of milestones completion along with payments/receipts for every contract.
The system gives automatic notification for expected payments/revenues for every contract and also gives notifications for about to expire contracts.
Outstanding amounts for every contract could be easily checked.
